Keren HaTzadik
Rabbi Aryeh Levin, (1885 -1969), fondly called the “Tzadik of Jerusalem,” was known for his inestimable loving-kindness, humility, and respect for every person. He became known as the "Father of Prisoners" for his unfailing devotion and regular visits to the Jews imprisoned during the British Mandate. His commitment to lovingly help the poor, the sick and the vulnerable made him a legend in his own time. Keren HaTzadik is named for this great Tzadik (righteous man) and seeks to emulate his unbounded kindness.

-
Keren HaTzadik was the first organization to enter Sederot amid the falling Kassam rockets in the early 2000’s and has been on the scene during every conflict right up to the current Swords of Iron to support and encourage the brave citizens of Sderot..
-
During operation Pillar of Defense in 2012 Keren HaTzadik’s volunteers brought supplies, toys and moral support to the families under fire. A special relationship was developed with Kibbutz Zikim.
